Since joining Silver Oak in 2018, I have found so much joy in being able to help our team run efficiently and to assist our clients in smoothly navigating their account needs. I have always loved creating systems and optimizing processes, this is what has drawn me to operations work for the past 16 years.
Systems are always changing and my passion for data analysis, troubleshooting, and customer service allow me to move through these changes with ease. Whether it is working with our team in adapting technological updates or helping clients learn how to confidently use electronic tools, I love being a part of the process!
I enjoy roller skating, podcasts (I am always looking for suggestions), playing guitar, and working in my garden. Most of all, I love going on adventures around Portland with my three dogs.
